2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from OrginalTurq and to every distance contract between OrginalTurq and the consumer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. The offer

  • The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
  • Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind OrginalTurq.
  • Images are a true representation of the products.

4. The agreement

The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, OrginalTurq will confirm this electronically.

5. Right of withdrawal (Returns)

  • The consumer has a 14-day reflection period after receiving the order.
  • Items must be returned undamaged, unworn and in original packaging.
  • Exception: Personalized or printed products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer, except in the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product.

6. Obligations upon revocation

Once the return has been received by OrginalTurq, the purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.

7. The price

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs will be listed separately during checkout.

8. Delivery and execution

  • Delivery will take place at the address specified by the consumer.
  • Orders will be fulfilled within 30 days at the latest, unless a longer term has been agreed.

9. Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty: a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect. In case of defects, please contact us via info@orginalturq.com.

10. Liability

OriginalTurq is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products. Liability is limited to the order amount.

11. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. If payment is not made on time, OriginalTurq reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

12. Complaints procedure

Complaints must be submitted fully and clearly described via info@orginalturq.comWe answer complaints within 14 days.

13. Intellectual property

All text, logos, designs, and images on this website are the property of OriginalTurq or are used with permission. Use without permission is prohibited.

14. Privacy & data protection

OriginalTurq handles personal data with care and processes it in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. See our Privacy Statement for more information.

15. Applicable law

Agreements between OrginalTurq and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
